Membership in PRAL

Membership in PRAL is open to professionals engaged in the practice of public relations in Louisiana as well as university students in public relations or a related program.PRAL membership dues and application requirements are set at the chapter level, and range from $60 to $75 per year. Most chapters offer a student membership rate. Membership in local chapters includes membership in the state organziation and in the regional Southern Public Relations Federation.

  • Become Accredited in Public Relations! As an affiliate of the Southern Public Relations Federation, which belongs to the Universal Accreditation Board, PRAL members are able to earn and maintain their APR (Accredited in Public Relations) status.
